Transparent referral note
If you choose to work with an agent I introduce and a transaction closes, I may receive a referral fee through the participating real estate brokerages. You do not pay an additional fee simply for requesting an introduction, and you are not obligated to use any suggested agent.
Do I have to hire someone you recommend?
No.
Can I interview more than one agent?
Absolutely. I encourage it.
Do you only recommend eXp agents?
No. I recommend agents from any brokerage, based on fit and qualifications.
