When you request the Smart Seller Playbook or submit a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, property location, timing, and notes.

We also record how you found the page (for example, a YouTube or Instagram link) and the date and time of your request.

Your answers stay in your browser tab while you take the assessment, and your report is built on the page. No contact details are needed to see it, and nothing is sent to us unless you tick one of the optional boxes on the results page. None of the boxes is pre-ticked.

If you tick a box, we receive your answers, the boxes you ticked (with their exact wording, as a record of your choice), and the name and email you enter, plus your phone number and note if you add them.

Email me my report: we email your report to you. Your request is not added to our CRM for this box alone.

Share my answers, educational emails, or request a conversation: your details and a summary of your answers are added to our CRM (BoldTrail/kvCORE). Educational emails are sent only if you ticked that box, and a conversation request lets Alyssa know to reach out personally. If you told us you are working with a listing agent, only the email-my-report box is offered.

Seller Reality Check requests are kept on our website host for 12 months and then deleted automatically. Anything added to our CRM is kept there until you ask us to remove it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed and how far people get through the assessment. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or answers to Google Analytics, and advertising features are turned off.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies.

To send the guide you asked for and to respond to requests you submit.

To keep a record of your request in our customer relationship management system (BoldTrail/kvCORE).

To send occasional home-selling emails only if you checked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not send marketing text messages without your permission. Requesting the guide alone does not require a sales call.

If you ask for help finding an agent in another market, your details are used to research potential agents for you. We will ask for your consent before sharing your contact details with any agent.

Service providers that help us run this site and deliver email (for example, our website host, email delivery provider, CRM, and Google Analytics as described above). We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing alyssaspechtre@gmail.com.
